I am Lekisha Appleton
LeKisha started her Mary Kay business in 2003. Built an amazing customer basis of 400+ people. In 2019 she promoted herself to Independent sales director. Her goals are to be the first Black Director at the pinnacle position of Pink Cadillac Sales Director in Sacramento in years and beyond! She is a wife of 17 years and mother of 2 sons 13 and 7 years old. She’s also an author in a compilation Stand Up and Be Heard, her chapter is called Never Give UP!

Our mission is to assist women and men to gain confidence in themselves & and their Beauty Routine by enhancing their natural born beauty or start their empire.
My Vision
My Vision is to help women and men change the complexion of their families by using cosmetics as their vehicle.
What I Do
Mary Kay products have been around 57 years and we paved the way for cosmetics. We test our products 10 times more than other lines. Our products are made here in the US and our philosophy is try before you buy! And 100% satisfaction. We also go by the golden rule that everyone has a sign around their neck that says make me feel important. Faith first, Family second and Career third.
Moreover, you can also make little extra money, or a lot of extra money or even change your career all by starting your own business. And we are looking for ambition, confident people that want to be triumphant.
I have really loved being on Lekisha’s team. She is dedicated, consistent, and motivating. She understands everyone’s goals and encourages you to get there. Her communication through email, text, and FB helps to keep me in the loop.
